Offering simple, nutritious Japanese cuisine, Ichiban has established itself to be quite literally the ichiban restaurant for Japanese food in Glasgow.
Originally established in June 1998 at the very heart of Glasgow at 50 Queen Street, a sister branch in the west-end of the the city opened at 184 Dumbarton Road shortly after in 2002.
We offer a wide variety of Japanese foods, from noodles and rice to bento boxes and sushi, not to mention our wide selections of teriyaki, tempura and kushiyaki.

Last orders are 30min before close.
Bookings
Bookings are accepted for Sundays – Thursdays, for parties of 7 people or more. A 10% service charge will apply.
Otherwise please feel free to just pop in and should we not have a table ready for you, the average waiting time is only 5-10min for a table for two.
